About the Anifrolumab Pregnancy Registry

A pregnancy registry is a study that collects health information from pregnant women who take prescription medications. Information can also be collected on their newborn babies. This information is then compared to women who have not taken medications or have taken medications other than the drug of interest during pregnancy.

The goal of the Anifrolumab Pregnancy Registry is to help doctors, patients, and researchers better understand the safety of SAPHNELO® (anifrolumab) and other medications for the treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) during pregnancy. Pregnant women with SLE living in the United States may be eligible to participate. The Registry collects health information on pregnant women and their developing babies up to 1 year of age, from both enrolled pregnant women and healthcare providers involved in their care and/or the care of their babies.
